This policy applies only to purchases made directly through www.beautymeister-pet.com. If you bought our products elsewhere, please refer to the retailer’s return policy.

🐾 Order Arrived Damaged

We’re sorry your order didn’t arrive as expected! If you received an item that is damaged, broken, or defective:

1. Take clear photos of the item and the original packaging.
2. Email hello@beautymeister-pet.com with a short description and your order number.

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.

 

🐾 Order Lost in Shipping

🐾 Return Policy for Unused Products

We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 15 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return:

• Aug 1: TK From YUMI

Once your return approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

 

🐾 Wholesale & Professional Trade Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns for Wholesale or Professional Trade orders unless the item is damaged or defective.
